At Bucavi, we’re proud of the quality of our jewelry and products. Every piece is carefully checked before it’s shipped, and we stand behind it. That’s why all our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty, so you can wear it with confidence.

What’s covered
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur with normal use, such as:

  • A broken or faulty clasp
  • A loose or missing stone
  • A broken chain or link
  • A defect in the pendant or setting

The warranty period starts on the day you receive your order.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear over time, such as gradual wear of the gold or rhodium plating, natural darkening of sterling silver, or small surface scratches from daily wear
  • Scratches, dents or other damage caused by accidents, impact or improper use
  • Damage caused by contact with chemicals, perfume, chlorine or salt water
  • Loss or theft of your jewelry or gift box
  • Jewelry that has been altered or repaired by someone other than Bucavi
  • Jewelry purchased from another seller or second-hand

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact us. Send an email to contact@bucavi.com with your order number.
  2. Show us the issue. Add a clear photo/video of the defect and a short description of what happened.
  3. Receive your solution. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and let you know the next steps.

Your replacement
If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a new item free of charge. If the exact item is no longer available, we’ll offer you a similar item of equal value or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Good to know

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Please keep your order confirmation email, as your order number is your proof of purchase.
  • This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect them.
