30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return your products for a full refund. No complicated forms, no hassle.
How to return
- Contact us. Send an email to returns@bucavi.com with your order number, reason for return and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Receive your instructions. Our team will reply within 24 hours on business days with the return instructions.
- Send your return. Pack your item(s) securely in its original packaging and send it back within 14 days after contacting us.
- Get your refund. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging, including the gift box
Items that can’t be returned
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Earrings, if the hygiene seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item are of course free of charge.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund you within 1–5 business days, using the same payment method you used for your order. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days before the refund appears in your account.
If you paid with Klarna, your Klarna invoice will be updated automatically once the refund has been processed.
Would you like a different item?
Would you prefer a different color or gift box? Simply return your original item for a refund as described above, and place a new order for the item you’d like. This way, you’ll receive your new item as quickly as possible, without having to wait for your return to arrive.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
We carefully check every order before it ships, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please contact us at returns@bucavi.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, free of charge.
Warranty
All our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, such as a broken clasp or a loose stone. Normal wear of the plating over time, damage from accidents and loss are not covered. Visit our Warranty page for more information.
Your legal rights
Our 30-day return policy is designed to go beyond what’s required by law. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country.
