Free shipping on every order
We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order amount, no hidden costs. No additional import duties or taxes.
Delivery times
Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. After your order has been dispatched, these are the estimated delivery times:

Please note: delivery times are estimates. During busy periods, such as Black Friday and the holidays, deliveries may take a little longer.
Shipping partners
We ship with DHL, UPS, FedEx or your local courier, depending on your shipping address. This way, your order always travels with the most reliable option for your country.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way. Haven’t received a tracking email? Please check your spam folder first.
Import duties & taxes
No additional import duties or taxes will be charged on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Change of shipping address
After the order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipping, sometimes within just a few hours. Because of this, we can’t always guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made. If you need to update your address, please contact us at contact@bucavi.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet left our warehouse.
My order hasn’t arrived yet
Has your order not arrived within the estimated delivery time? First, check the tracking link in your shipping email. Still no package, or does the tracking show it’s delivered while you haven’t received it? Contact us at contact@bucavi.com with your order number and we’ll help you right away.
